Access and navigation of Netflix and Amazon video?

I have emailed with Chris before if he remembers me. I am a Quadriplegic (paralyzed from shoulders down) I have been using an Xbox one for several years to voice control my tv and satellite box. However recently the voice commands for my streaming apps (Netflix and Amazon video) have been dropped. Can the Castle hub get me access to these apps and allow me to navigate the content? As well as stop, play, ff, etc?
