COS doesn't seem to know when sunset is! 

Not sure if this just happened tonight or not as I was away for a week, but tonight (12-07-17) my event for "sunset lights on, 10 mins before sunset" did not run at sunset... when I look at the event it is correct, the system in operating, but as I look into the event outline it states that the next occurrence should run 12-07-17 at 5:40:00 PM. that would be one hour late! Time zone and zipcode location is correct.

Does anybody really know what time it is?
