ZWave Secondary Controller - adding new devices

I have currently setup CoS with Aeotec Gen 5 USB stick as a Secondary Controller.
I'm getting ready to add a couple more Zwave devices via the Primary Controller
and I'm anticipating that the CoS Secondary Controller
will not automatically pick up these newly added devices.
If so, what is the procedure to get these added to the Secondary Controller?
