Hi Chris,
No they are not working and I'm confused, last we spoke you stated that it was not working on your system either. If you have since fixed it on your system can you post the fix?
I have spent about three days trying to get a work around for voice announcements to work.. Using PowerShell as a substitute for voice announcements. I would really like to be able to use this builtin COS feature. Currently it does not work.

I have a new install with the latest code. I can set up a voice announcement within an event but when I choose the box with "voice announcement"...I can not change the actual announcement. So all I hear on the speakers is the works Voice Announcement. Same is true with email notification. I can change the subject but the body section will not allow me to edit and all the emails say "New Email Notification" in the body.
