Can you try this? In the same folder as the errors.xml file, is configuration.xml. I'm going to have you make a minor change. But first, can you search the start menu for Services, and open that. Then select CastleOSCoreService in the list, and press stop. From there, you can open the configuration.xml file, and in the INSTEON settings area, remove the text that is the PLM ID (but be sure to leave the quotes. So "EA.45.67" would become "". Then you can press Start in Services. Let's see if the PLM ID loads then...

OK great! Thanks for the bug report. I've already made the change now that when you disable INSTEON, it will clear the PLM ID. So the next time it will refresh and reload correctly. Thanks again!
