Just wondering if there is a built-in way for someone to reset the CastleHUB back to the way it was originally shipped?
Is there an image for the CastleHUB that can be downloaded and then installed or something?

There is no built in way currently, but if you uninstall the Core and Kinect services, wipe out the CastleOS folder in C:\ProgramData, and reinstall, CastleOS will be fully reset.

Hmm I'm more thinking if someone installs additional software like Netflix/Plex, and is having issues. Might be good for them to be able to do a hard reset, and then start from scratch to ensure nothing else is having an effect

Hard resets require new Windows licenses.. The CastleHUB has built in backup functionality, if anyone is worried, it's best to take a system image before doing anything. That said, nothing Plex or Netflix does should be irreversible - that's why we only officially support media apps and do not recommend using it as a general purpose PC.

Err the windows license is tied to the device itself. If you purchase a Dell/HP/Toshiba laptop that ships with Windows, you can uninstall Windows at any time. Re-install it, and enter the Windows product key shipped with the laptop. Windows uses the hardware information to determine if its a legit copy or not.
