Not currently but it's still on the dev plan...

Chris,

A couple of things: In the original post you said that you'd keep a running list on there. Can you update that as Z-wave in general is supported, so it is obviously outdated.

1. Power meters, are they supported, specifically Aeotec v2?
2. Arduino with Z-wave (ZIY.io)

Hey Michael, we are keeping a running list on the Wiki for Z-Wave devices. However, we only have Aeon devices here to test, so other brands will have to be reported to the wiki by users. We're using the Aeon Z-Wave Plus devices as our baseline test for all Z-Wave Plus functionality.

Regarding the latest changes, Z-Wave security, locks, etc are all supported. Power meters are supported, however we haven't released the code for that yet because we're waiting for guidance on how to handle a misreported value coming from the meter on some of their devices. That should be resolved and released this week.

ZIY we plan to support, but it's not out yet, so we'll have to wait for them...

Since you just released a new version, is the Honeywell TC supported now?

Unfortunately they still don't have a published an API for all their WiFi thermostats, however they did just launch a beta for the new Lyric API. We haven't implemented it yet but will shortly...

Any chance you will add UDP support for things like Mi-light/LimitlessLED ? They are becoming popular as they are cheap and well made and easy to setup. The wifi bridge does do TCP as well but I'm yet to get it to work with CastleOS.

We plan to, just don't have a timeline on it just yet. If anyone knows the protocol well and wants to implement it in CastleOS, we can give out the skeleton needed to do so.

Awesome !!

I have been messing around with the protocol for another program I use called Hyperion. I believe the information that gets sent out is very simple HEX commands. You can also control them over TCP but it is a little slow and you use a slightly different method of talking to the controller. I'd love to try to implement it to CastleOS but I wouldn't know the first thing on where to start. Would be interesting to see your coding though. I'm just starting to program somethings on my Raspberry PI so learning some Linux and Python coding for that. It very slow going upset

I found a program at http://epocapp.bitbucket.org/milight/

It's worth the $12 for the pro version. So much fun !

Maybe you could somehow implement something like this for your software. Might also help you getting the Milight's to work with Castleos

Yeah that is pretty cool. We have some stuff in the works for additional RGB lighting support. Our upcoming plugin feature would allow, for instance, the MiLight folks to create a plugin with that functionality for CastleOS. Stay tuned!

I am very interested in more RGB lighting options, so this is very exciting to me. Any word as to when we might see the next version come out?

For anyone who wants to start building plugins, we can share the private beta now. That feature is fully functional.

Any chance of a link to the private beta ? I could only find the beta version that was last updated on April 24th and I can't find the plugin section in that version.

Wondering if you have support for LIFX, Wyze, and Meross?
