The energy eye settings are really difficult from a UX perspective to manage.
I just added a sensor and timer duration, without adding a device. This adds the group, but now you can't delete that empty group until you add a device to it.

Hmm, I guess we should add a condition that you must select at least one action (that is the expected user flow). Right now the code allows you to add it empty, but that's not the design. Will update that...
